Top 10 Ways to Talk to a Taurus

1. Be aware of the comfort factor. If you want to win over a Taurus, make sure s/he is comfortable. The chair, lighting, ambiance will all effect the outcome of your conversation.

2. Discuss it over a meal. Take the time to find out what your Taurus likes. High tea in a grand hotel? A leisure lunch at a lush Indian buffet? A candlelight dinner at your place? Choose the food venue that’s appropriate for the relationship you want to pursue with your Taurus and you’ve got an excellent foundation for good communication.

3. Bring a gift. This can be as simple as a perfect flower you pick yourself or one glorious chocolate. It can be as fabulous as your wallet can afford based on the complexity of your relationship. What is essential is it must be thoughtful and show the value you have for your Taurus.

4. Take the time to do it right. A Taurus does not like to be rushed. This is the case with a business decision, lovemaking or eating a meal. If you continually push a Taurus, the bull will eventually charge.

5. Enjoy the conversation and/or the quiet. A Taurus, like all the zodiacal signs, may communicate in different ways based on other factors in his/her personal horoscope. Your Taurus may like to chat or be somewhat reserved; usually a Taurus is a placid soul.

6. Do it with feeling. Taurus is the most sensual of all the signs. They love textures, rich colors and natural objects. Depending on your relationship, make your handshake firm, your pat on the shoulder reassuring and always be present when you kiss.

7. Appreciate “stuff”. If you’re discussing business, include the perks and value what your Taurus brings. If you’re planning to or are co-habitating, know that anything the Taurus owns is staying, unless it gets upgraded. Your personal possessions ideally pass approval and/or your taste will be improved.

8. Put your money where your mouth is. A Taurus is not necessarily materialistic, but s/he is usually practical. If your business venture or move is not going to work out financially, don’t waste your breath. If your relationship is “hot” but has no “legs” you might as well exit if you’re looking for commitment.

9. Say what you mean. Loyalty is the heart of a Taurus. If you have earned it, stay constant to it. Show up on time, keep your promises and stay true. Your Taurus will forgive a great deal, but only if you show you value the relationship.

7. Be prepared to negotiate change. If you’ve been paying attention, you probably have guessed your Taurus likes comfort. Therefore if you need to move, change plans or directions, you will have to provide as many amenities as possible. Instead of resenting this, realize that although it takes longer, everyone will feel more secure.
